By creating an account or using the ClikFlow platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you represent a company, you declare that you have authority to bind the organisation to these terms.

By creating an account, the User commits to providing true, complete, and up-to-date information. ClikFlow reserves the right to terminate accounts with fraudulent or inaccurate data.
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities carried out under their account.

The User retains full ownership of and responsibility for Customer Data uploaded to the Platform. ClikFlow:
The User warrants that they hold the necessary legal authorisation to share any personal data of third parties contained in the event logs and that they will comply with LGPD and all other applicable regulations.
Use of the Platform may be subject to fees depending on the chosen plan. In the event of non-payment:
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the account panel. Access remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the current refund policy.
All Platform content — including source code, interfaces, algorithms, logos, and documentation — is the exclusive property of ClikFlow or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
The User receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the Platform for the duration of the account, strictly for the purposes set out in these Terms.
Results generated by the Platform from Customer Data (charts, metrics, reports) belong to the User.
ClikFlow will use best efforts to keep the Platform available 24/7, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Service-level agreements (SLAs) with specific uptime guarantees are available only on Enterprise plans through a separate contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClikFlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
ClikFlow's total liability to the User for any cause shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or R$ 500.00, whichever is greater.
Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, consumer harm, or any other circumstances where exclusion is prohibited by law.
The User may close their account at any time from the account panel or by emailing support@clikflow.com.
ClikFlow may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious violations. For minor violations, a 5-business-day remedy period will be granted.
After termination, Customer Data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
ClikFlow may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The parties elect the courts of São Paulo — SP as the exclusive forum for resolving any disputes, waiving any other jurisdiction.
